We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Debit Card. Payment Information is required to schedule initial session.
Insurance is not accepted.
Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients is of the utmost importance at Pegasus Counseling Services. To ensure as much information as possible remains confidential, Pegasus Counseling Services only accepts private pay options for our clients.
SCHEDULING
For initial session, scheduling is done over the phone with our therapist. After, you are able to schedule and change appointments through the client portal or by phone.
REMINDERS
All clients will receive appointment reminders the day prior to their appointment. Reminders can be by text, phone, and/or email based on your preferences.
We understand life happens, that you are busy and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, you will need to do so 24 hours beforehand.
A "no-show" is defined when a person is 15 minutes or more late for their appointment without notice or misses their appointment all together.
No-shows and late cancellations will be charged a full session.
